The sun was shing when we woke up and there wasn't a cloud in the sky so it was designated a beach day after having painted half the side wall. We couldn't do it all as the sun was shining on it and the shadows meant you couldn't see what you'd painted. So, off we headed to Brehal but  it was actually fairly busy there, well, too busy to fly the kite and get the buggy out so we went further up the coast to Coudeville where it was much quieter. I had a lovely long read and enjoyed watching John flying his kite. The wind was a little too strong and he could only really go one way down the beach and then had to walk all the way back instead of riding, so it didn't last  very long! He had a good time though and I enjoyed my book, although I'm nearly at the end. There's so much to  be thankful for in life. Particularly so much to thank God for as he continues His dealings with me each day. It amazes me how I give up on things so easily, but He never does, each day is a new day, a new beginning, and His patience is never ending.
