Well, all the planning and everything of the last three months has now finally been put to bed.... Kelly left last night for Uganda.

I took her to the airport to meet the rest of the team, 3 others,1 guy and 2 girls. Anyone would think that they had all been life long friends. In fact, they have only ever met for a week of training early last month, but they have been texting and facebooking each other ever since. They all seem a really great bunch and they are all going to have an absolutely fantastic time. They were all rather loud and excited and I heard today that the plane arrived on time and so now she is off the radar for a while until such time as she can get to an internet cafe or such like.

She had so many encouraging texts and emails from all her friends, it was so lovely to see her happy and encouraged and really fired up for all she is going to be doing. It's a real adventure and I'm sure God will show and teach her things about both Him and herself throughout the next few months.

I know one thing, our house is going to be incredibly quiet.
