Anyone know any cures or causes that I could avoid for insomnia, as I am struggling to get more than a few hours sleep a night at the minute? It's doing my head in - it's like a tumble dryer going round and round churning thoughts over and over, thoughts I don't even want to have most of them, nothing in particular, things that can wait and things of no real importance. Been like it now for about four weeks and it's beginning to really annoy me.
